The Happy Buttons was an underground goth band from rural Southern California that produced demos from the late 90s until 2006. Recently, former members made all-new recordings of 3 classic tracks to be shown to the wider world for the first time. They did so as Tarpan, a band that rose from the ashes of The Happy Buttons.

The single release is called Werewolf of Paris and the title track, a short, catchy deathrock song is sandwiched between a dark ambient piece called Alone and a sorrowful synthpop track called Dreams Don’t Come True.

The single comes out on May 31st to popular streaming and download platforms, as well as digital download, 7” vinyl and cassette single on bandcamp. The release will be supported by a virtual release party, to be streamed on youtube and twitch, with all details found in its official facebook event.
